Privacy Policy
How your information is handled
Last updated October 13, 2026
Overview
This site is my personal business website. It's simple by design: there are no accounts to create and no advertising running on the site. This policy explains the few places where information is collected — the inquiry form, my booking calendar, and website analytics — and the choices you have.
Inquiry form
When you send a message through the inquiry form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), what you'd like help with, and anything else you choose to include. I use this information for one purpose only — to read your message and reply to you personally.
Submissions are saved securely in my website's database so I don't lose them, and each submission also emails me at jenn@jennritchie.com. I don't add you to a mailing list, I don't share or sell this information, and I don't use it for anything other than responding to you. If you'd like me to update or delete what you sent, just email me at jenn@jennritchie.com.
Booking a call
The "Let's Grow Your Business" buttons open Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, so you can book a conversation directly. When you book there, Calendly handles your scheduling details under its own privacy policy. I receive the booking so I know when to call. You can review Calendly's policy at calendly.com/privacy.
Analytics and consent
I use Google Analytics to understand which pages help visitors decide to get in touch — things like page views and clicks on the booking buttons. Google Analytics only runs on this site after you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner.
- If you decline, or haven't chosen yet, no analytics tracking runs during your visit.
- If you accept and change your mind, use "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page to change your choice.
- Your choice is stored in your own browser, so it applies to every page you visit here.
Analytics data is collected by Google under Google's privacy practices; you can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.
Cookies and local storage
This site itself doesn't run advertising and doesn't set advertising cookies. The only thing it stores on your device is your analytics consent choice, so I don't ask you the same question on every page. The embedded Calendly calendar may set its own cookies when you interact with it, as part of that service.
Questions
If you have any question about anything here — what I've stored, why, or how to have it removed — email me at jenn@jennritchie.com and I'll take care of it.
